INDIANAPOLIS – Police discovered a body off West Thompson Road underneath the I-465 bridge in the White River Saturday night.
Crews found the body of a 46-year-old man on the city’s southwest side around 11:30 p.m.
Friends of the man told Indianapolis police they were swimming in the area when the victim went into the water and didn’t come back up.
Police say reports do not show any foul play and alcohol is not believed to be involved.
