HANCOCK CO., Ind. -- A sick and injured snowy owl is on the mend after being rescued by a Hancock County conservation officer.
The owl, said to have an injured wing, was rescued earlier this week and is now at a rehabilitation facility for sick and injured wildlife.
On Facebook, Greenfield Hancock Animal Management posted a picture of the owl, along with a reminder that they respond to sick and injured wildlife.
