Glendale Target Now Open For Business
Store Open To Public; Grand Opening Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS -- The long-awaited Target store designed to anchor the newly-renovated Glendale Town Center officially opened to the public Wednesday.The store sits where part of Glendale Mall once stood, much of which was torn down to create the new open-air shopping center.Target officials said Wednesday's premiere was a soft opening meant to allow store management to work out any kinks before Sunday's official grand opening.
That ceremony will take place at 8 a.m., followed at 2 p.m. by the grand re-opening celebration for the entire Glendale Town Center.
